結構組(zu)成

運作原(yuan)理(li)
手(shou)表運走(zou)(zou)能量靠的(de)(de)是發條的(de)(de)彈(dan)力提供的(de)(de),當上滿發條時,它的(de)(de)力矩(ju)較大,隨著手(shou)表的(de)(de)運走(zou)(zou),發條的(de)(de)發松,它的(de)(de)力矩(ju)也逐漸(jian)減小(xiao)。手(shou)表從上緊發條到24小時這(zhe)段(duan)時間(jian),它的力矩輸出是(shi)平(ping)穩(wen)的,此時走(zou)時也比(bi)較精確,誤(wu)差小。而超過24小時以(yi)后,發條力矩會急(ji)驟(zou)下降,走(zou)時誤差增(zeng)大。為(wei)確保(bao)手表走(zou)時更準(zhun)確,所(suo)以(yi)要每天定時上滿(man)發條。
使用(yong)方法(fa)
機(ji)械手表全自動機芯怎樣(yang)上(shang)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)應使用手指來(lai)回上(shang)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)比較好,因為來(lai)回上(shang)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao),用手指將大鋼(gang)輪帶回來(lai),這樣(yang)起到回彈(dan)減速,防止齒輪相(xiang)撞,而(er)且來(lai)回上(shang)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)也(ye)很(hen)省力。如果總(zong)是往前上(shang),發條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)越接近上(shang)滿時,它(ta)的(de)反彈(dan)力也(ye)越大,每(mei)次上(shang)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)就會出現回彈(dan)一(yi)次,而(er)每(mei)次回彈(dan)都會增加上(shang)弦齒輪相(xiang)碰(peng),使齒尖容易折斷。
按(an)照傳動比推算,柄(bing)頭(tou)轉18圈多一些(xie),即(ji)可滿足手(shou)表(biao)走(zou)時持續36小時。但是,由于每個人(ren)的(de)上弦力度(du)不一(yi)樣,以(yi)及柄頭(tou)內防水膠(jiao)圈摩(mo)擦(ca)力的(de)大(da)小不同,因(yin)此,在發條完全放松時,柄頭(tou)最好旋轉(zhuan)20圈以(yi)上(shang)。發條(tiao)全部上(shang)緊,理論上(shang)可以(yi)延續走時(shi)40小時(特殊表款除外(wai)),但是24小時后卻不(bu)能保證手表走時精準度。
當擺輪游絲處于靜(jing)止狀態(tai)時,給(gei)發條施(shi)加一(yi)定(ding)的(de)力矩(ju),即上一(yi)層弦,此時不晃動手(shou)表,而擺輪游絲能自動擺動,則(ze)說明這(zhe)只手(shou)表的(de)靈敏度(du)高(gao)。若上條后(hou)需要(yao)晃動手(shou)表后(hou)才能走動,說明該手(shou)表靈敏度(du)低。這(zhe)種現象一(yi)般(ban)是擺輪的(de)位差過大(da)造成的(de)。

保養注意
機械手表的維護原則:
1、自動(dong)手(shou)表在使用過程中,由于(yu)它(ta)的發條(tiao)能夠經常(chang)保持一定(ding)的上(shang)緊(jin)度,所以把(ba)它(ta)從手(shou)腕上(shang)取下來(lai),放置(zhi)不動(dong),仍能保持二十四小時以上(shang)的走動(dong)時間(jian)。
2、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)表使用多(duo)年(nian)后,由于自(zi)(zi)動(dong)零件磨損(sun),它的靈活度也會降低,故每晚(wan)臨睡(shui)前還應把表擺動(dong)一定(ding)時間,以彌補動(dong)力不(bu)足(zu)
3、自(zi)動表(biao)的(de)自(zi)動裝置(zhi)若失(shi)靈,也可用手上(shang)緊發(fa)條,但不會上(shang)滿。手上(shang)發(fa)條感覺(jue)比較費勁,因為自(zi)動部(bu)分的(de)齒(chi)輪和自(zi)動錘也會隨著大鋼(gang)輪的(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動而旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)。
機械手表調校(xiao)時間原則(ze):
機(ji)械表(biao)長時期(qi)的靜置不用(yong),機(ji)械表(biao)的發條就(jiu)(jiu)會(hui)放松至表(biao)款靜止不動,這時候,若要從新佩戴(dai),就(jiu)(jiu)務必(bi)先從新趕快發條,在這以(yi)后再校準時間,普遍機(ji)械表(biao) 在發條最松的(de)時(shi)刻(ke),會顯露出來時(shi)針、分針減慢或變快的(de)情況(kuang),因為這個,就(jiu)應該當先上(shang)滿(man)發條,免得校(xiao)準(zhun)時(shi)間后(hou),沒有標準(zhun)動力驅動指針,縱然是半自動上(shang)煉表(biao) 款(kuan),也應先用手動(dong)上煉至八分滿,再施行時(shi)間校準(zhun)。
機械(xie)表全自動機芯自行清(qing)潔與保護調養的步驟:
(1) 用軟布沾肥皂(zao)水輕輕揩拭;
(2) 軟布沾清水揩拭;
(3) 干軟布揩拭;
(4) 透風處陰(yin)干;
(5) 千萬不要隨便的就送超音波清洗。
